It has been over a month since our 3rd annual Restore Retreat and our hearts are STILL overflowing with gratitude.

Thank you to all of our amazing teachers and wellness providers for sharing your gifts with us. The level of expertise and excellence represented was stronger than ever. What a gift to share so much talent with our community.

Thank you to the FABULOUS staff at the Mississippi River State Park. Kristina Root and her team make this retreat easy for us to host every fall, and, more importantly, they give our community something to be proud of. It is the absolute gem of the Arkansas Delta!

Thank you to our local vendors for showcasing some the best food and drink our community has to offer - delicious cocktails from Delta Dirt Distillery, food from Julie Diaz and Mari Wyant, and coffee from Ridge City Roasters!

Thank you to Visit Helena, Arkansas for your financial support and Will Staley at Thrive for our fabulous new logo. Your combined efforts gave our Restore Retreat a big professional boost!

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended Restore. This year, over 80% of attendees were from outside of Phillips County, and over 60% traveled more than 50 miles to attend. Thank you for choosing a weekend of wellness in Helena, Arkansas, of all places!

Join us in welcoming back the amazing Dr. Sarah Walker to Helena for our Restore retreat this Saturday, October 25th!

Dr. Walker led a pelvic floor workshop at our first retreat three years ago, and we are thrilled to learn from her again! She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and intentionality.

Workshop: Rooted and Grounded: Awakening the Pelvic Floor

Saturday, October 25th at 9:30 AM

This session will explore:
- How yoga poses and breath influence the pelvic floor
- Common misconceptions (strengthening vs. holding or relaxing vs. activating)
- Guided experiential practice, noticing pelvic floor engagement in specific postures

Dr. Sarah Walker graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Philosophy of Physical Therapy. She has continued to pursue clinical excellence by attaining her Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through APTA’s Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman and Wallace Institute. In addition to her work with patients, Sarah shares the importance of pelvic floor function and treatment with other clinicians and the community. She is a native Arkansan who enjoys hiking, travel, yoga, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.

Weekend and single day tickets include all access to events and meals (cocktail hour + dinner Friday and breakfast + lunch Saturday). All yoga will be beginner friendly - no experience required. Plus our workshop facilitators are FABULOUS!
