Hi everyone! My name is Haley Pourciau.

I’m a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Birmingham School of Massage — and Helena High School Class of 2024. I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially started my own business, Selah Massage Therapy, and to be serving in my hometown.

Selah is a Hebrew word meaning pause, reflect, and lift up — that’s exactly what I want every session to feel like. You can find me at Skin Care Solutions in Old Town Helena, Alabama. I can’t wait to meet you!
