Today I want to share an amazing give away I Ride For Life will be doing. In collaboration with Creighton’s Town and Country here in Portales, NM, we’ll be doing a free give away for boots for a child 18 and under that could really benefit from this opportunity.

Requirements to be in the running for this offer:

-Follow my page so we can tag you.

-Comment on the original post.

-We are also asking for a minimum of half a page that can be sent to me via Facebook messenger on how these boots will benefit your life.

For how much I would love to get everyone new boots, unfortunately we need to start small one child at a time. There is nothing more important than giving back to our community, supporting small businesses, and giving hope back to our children. If you follow me, periodically we’ll be doing more giveaways throughout the year. I really hope you participate and get us to a point where we can help more kids in the future.

*Terms apply to pricing of boots.

This next rockstar of a board member is Katy Ramsey, coming on as a volunteer.

"My name is Katy Ramsey. I am 19 years old out of Great Falls, MT. I met Alayna and the family at a rodeo while queening. Since then we have went to multiple rodeos together supporting each other.
About two years ago I was presented with the opportunity to go to Seattle Washington to present a buckle, a rope, and toys to a little girl in the hospital under I Ride For Life. It was such an amazing experience and I am passionate about continuing to help and support the I Ride For Life cause! I hope to help achieve the spread of the goal of I Ride For Life."

Bacon wrapped oryx meat from my oryx, and black buck summer sausage. I was so blessed to be able to harvest two incredible animals and to put over 150 pounds of meat in the freezer. Thank you so much Stephen with Warrior Family Outdoors and Grant for being the amazing guide and the wonderful Byram family . I will always remember this hunt! ❤️

This next board member I've known for a few years now and has always been my biggest supporter. Meet Steve Glenn coming on as a board member/chair who volunteers leadership in guiding the organization's mission.

"“My name is Steven Glenn. I'm a former professional cowboy and ba****ck rider. A shout out to our next board member of the day, Clancy Kurtz, who is coming onto the I Ride For Life team as a volunteer.

"Clancy Kurtz grew up competing in the Lewis and Clark County 4H in almost every project she could, from Horse to Rabbit to Beef and lamb to dog and shooting sports and many more.
She traveled all over Montana showing horses in 4H which then eventually moved to being a rodeo queen and representing the Montana Saddle Club Queen 2018-19, Miss Last Chance Stampede 2021-22 and Miss Rodeo Montana 2023.
After high-school she went to Miles Community College and graduated with two degrees in 2023. Her first degree in the Equine program and her second degree in Entrepreneurship while competing on the rodeo team running barrels and dabbling in goat tying and breakaway.
After college she has continued to train horses and now also works for the Montana Military Affairs division.
Clancy and her husband Trevor reside in Helena Mt helping out with the local rodeos and 4H.
Here is a quote she lives everyday by, "You can't be better than anyone else. The only person you can be better than is the person you were yesterday." "

It was an honor to be back in Texas and to be live on the radio stations and to speak to a bunch of incredible Texas people . Thank you guys so much for running some of my songs on the radio. I enjoyed it a lot . Even Aaron Watson called in when I was live on the radio and was asking about me and wanted me to get a hold of him . For you people that don’t know who Aaron Watson is He’s one of the biggest country singers in Texas . I’ve tried to reach out to him every way I know and have had no luck so if you personally know him, tell him I’ve tried to reach out. I tried to tag him in this message, but it won’t let me. It was also great to build a relationship with Stephen, the founder of Warrior Family Outdoors, and two partner up with their Non Profit the best I can and to help Golden star kids . I support and back the Warrior Family Outdoors 100%. So make sure you check them out . And no, I am not little Miss Rodeo Universe anymore. My title is Miss I ride for life. They must’ve just been reading off-line, what my last title was. lol

Everyone, today I want to start introducing the board members of I Ride For Life. I am so excited to be working with all of these people that are interested in my cause. Today's board member is Stephanie Minor, the new Director of Development/Fundraising Manager and an amazing graphic designer.

"My name is Stephanie Minor, originally raised on a small farm in central Oregon and currently living in northern Nevada. My educational background ranges from ranch management to agriculture science and business management. I am a proud mother of four beautiful children, Nora 13, Jaxen 11, Riata 6, and our youngest Maverik 3. My amazing husband and I have been small business owners for past years but enjoy our horses, running hunting hounds, hunting, fishing, sports and 4H with our children.
My personal connection to Alayna and the foundation came out of our meeting in a toy drive at the Renown children’s hospital in Reno NV. My daughters and I went to help and had the blessing of meeting the Hutchings and fell in love with the family and their cause. I am a firm believer in equine therapy and truly have faith in Alayna’s dream to help the children and their families going through the struggles of dealing with childhood illness."
