Pain is part of being human, but it doesn’t mean your body is broken or working against you. When something hurts, your body is asking for care, not criticism.

There are no “bad joints.” They can ache, feel stiff, or even stop you in your tracks sometimes- but that’s not weakness. It’s a signal.

When we listen and respond with movement, treatment, or rest, we remind ourselves that caring for our body is an act of self-love. Pain might still come and go (that’s real life), but how we meet it makes the difference.

Feeling incredibly grateful 🌸 Yesterday was my first official day in the new clinic, and I was surrounded by so much love, support, and… flowers. Lots and lots of gorgeous flowers. Starting this week, we will be available MONDAY through FRIDAY. There has been a much higher demand for care on Mondays and Saturdays have not been consistent, so this change was a no-brainer.

We’re also going to have designated late days and an early day available for you morning people! The schedule we’re working with currently is:
Mon: 8:15 - 3:00
Tues: 10:00 - 6:00
Wed: 10:00 - 4:30
Thurs: 10:00 - 4:30
Fri: 10:00 - 6:00

We’re looking forward to being more available for our wonderful patients and you will catch Dr. Erin enjoying Saturday morning farmer’s markets this summer! ☀️

Who doesn’t love some extra manual therapy? In my office, a manual therapy visit includes an additional 15 minutes devoted to soft tissue work before your adjustment. This can include:
🤌🏻 cupping
🤌🏻 scraping
🤌🏻 myofascial release
🤌🏻 ischemic compression

How do you get free manual therapy you ask? Through the month of March 2025, for every new patient referral you send me, I will add my manual therapy treatment to a chiropractic visit at no additional cost!

The specifics:
- must be a new patient to my office
- they must tell me who referred them, so I can be sure to give the treatment to the right person!
- they must be scheduled with me BEFORE April 2025
- after their first visit, you can pick which visit you’d like to add the manual therapy treatment to
- the manual therapy treatment cannot be stand alone, it must be in addition to a chiropractic visit
- you will still be responsible for the cost of your chiropractic visit
