Here are my go-to tips:
-Treat yo' self to a daily dose of "me time." Even if it's just five minutes of staring at the wall in blissful silence.

-Hydrate like it's your side hustle. Water is the real MVP of glowing skin.

-Move that bod! Whether it's a dance party in your living room (HIGHLY recommend🕺) or a casual stroll, get those endorphins flowing.

-Disconnect to reconnect. Put the phone down and remember what life looks like without filters.

-Finally, pamper yourself like you're a royalty on vacation. Face masks, bubble baths, massage (hint, hint 🤭), the whole shebang!

Glacier MT never disappoints 🥹🫶 we had an absolute blast on our vacation! Do you ever get home and feel like you need a vaca from your vaca? 🥱 I’m tired! Even so, I am excited to get back to work and hear about all of your adventures of your 4th of July! (while we fix whatever you did to your body during said adventures 😆)

RockTape is here and available as an "add on" at The Healing Path! There are a million reasons why I want to tell everyone about RockTape but I'll start with these ones 🤓
RockTape tape is really stretchy. It’s designed to mimic the skin’s elasticity so you can still use your full range of motion. When the tape is applied, it recoils slightly, gently lifting your skin.
