I am currently accepting students for upcoming ThetaHealing® practitioner trainings in Helena, Montana and online.
This week I am preparing to teach the Disease and Disorder practitioner certification, a mastery-level class where we explore the beliefs connected to more than 100 diseases and disorders.
One of the most powerful things students discover in this work is how closely the body reflects what is happening emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Beliefs influence emotions.
Emotions influence the nervous system and body chemistry.
Experiences shape the patterns held in the subconscious.
Mind, body, spirit, and emotions are always communicating with one another.
When we gently uncover and release beliefs held in fear, grief, resentment, or guilt, something begins to shift. The body can relax. The mind becomes clearer. The spirit feels lighter.
Healing often begins the moment we realize we do not have to carry everything alone.
Through this work we learn how to release fear into divine light and invite truth, love, and balance back into the body and life.

Take a gentle breath and imagine setting down the backpack you have been carrying , the memories, the emotions, and the beliefs that have followed you through time.
Just for this moment, place it beside you.
Now place your hand over your heart and feel the quiet presence of life moving through you. You are here. This moment is here.
If you feel called, allow the Healing Ball of Unconditional Divine Love to gently activate within your space, surrounding you with the presence of pure divine love.
You may also imagine the Diamond White Ray of Archangel Gabriel softly illuminating your field — a light of purity, clarity, and truth — helping to bring gentle alignment to your mind, your heart, and your body.
Allow this light to move through you with ease, clearing distortion and restoring clarity so the truth of your own divine nature can be felt more fully.
And within this simple moment lives the presence of the divine.
Your humanity is not separate from your divinity. It is the doorway through which it is expressed.

Lately I’ve been feeling a call to share more about how beliefs impact our lives. ❤
After years of teaching and working with beliefs, I continue to see how deeply they shape the patterns we experience. If we truly want to get to the bottom of any issue, we have to find the belief that is holding the structure together. Many of these beliefs began long ago, when we were simply children trying to stay safe in the world.
I feel such deep compassion for this particular pattern.
Believing it is unsafe to use our voice or express ourselves can create so much pain over time. It can leave us feeling unheard, unseen, and disconnected from our own truth. It’s one I know intimately in my own life, for different reasons, and it’s also why I believe so strongly in the importance of understanding beliefs.
Because when we begin to see where these systems started and how they were originally trying to protect us, something begins to shift.
Understanding our beliefs frees us. And changing them rewires the patterns that shape our behavior, our emotions, and the experiences we continue to create.

New post shared: Something surfaced in the collective this week that many people seem to be feeling: the quiet question of who we will become when life begins to change or expand. With the planetary alignments and recent Blood Moon stirring archetypal energies connected to purpose, communication, love, awakening, release of illusion, and change in structure, many people are feeling shifts internally.

What a week!
This week, I could feel something noticeably shifting.
I felt it in my own life and witnessed it in so many of the experiences my friends and clients shared. There was a gentle movement, a clearing from old timelines we may still hold regret around or mental clutter within, into something clearer. More aligned with a sense of completion, finally.
In this week’s Divine Soul Remembrance meditation, activation, and healing, we cleared the old timelines that no longer serve, activated the Temple of Light within the heart, and allowed the gifts that follow coherence to emerge naturally.

My instructor, Roberta Coker has over 20 years practicing as a Master Hand Analyst. I have learned how to analyze an individual’s handprints for both Personality and Soul Psychology. I believe in taking action to create the life you envision for yourself and the Soul and Personality Map that exists in your hands is invaluable to gaining clarity so that you can create the results you desire in your life. As a Hand Analyst, I work with clients locally and Internationally via Video Conferencing.
I am a Certified ThetaHealer® Master Practitioner and Instructor. The Thetahealing technique is a powerful energy healing technique used for your mind, body, and soul that utilizes a theta brainwave.
