I wake up to random thoughts, conversations with my Soul, Higher Self, Divine. This is normal for me, and probably more common than most people think. God speaks to us in the wee small hours, when we are open and in a theta brainwave, receptive to the message.

I will often ask a question before bed, ask the Unconditional Divine Love Reiki Healing ball to work on any resistance, and to receive the answers if it's the highest and best. And so, I wake up to random thoughts from my Soul. This morning I received a long message, this was the beginning. I also felt, knew, and heard from myself that it would be good to share it.

Random Thoughts from my Soul I wake up to.

The more you know consciously, the more you can clear subconsciously.

Your free will—a function of the conscious mind—is the command of freedom.

Yet your subconscious records all the moments in time when you consciously chose something you don’t remember now. Those programs influence your perception, guiding your choices in the present—

in effect, controlling you. And those choices may or may not line up with who you are now, what you want to be, who you want to become, or what you want to manifest.

Time is an illusion because all is happening in the now.

You become truly free only when you finally see and choose from that truth.

My personal journey of self-discovery and healing has led me to create The Grounded Path, a healing practice dedicated to helping others utilizing the various modalities I have learned and my own intuitive, Divine connection. I have walked the path of both emotional and physical pain. I know what it feels like to barely be able to walk, to struggle to breathe. I have experienced the depths of despair and grief and navigated the wounds of sexual and emotional abuse. These experiences, while painful, have taught me how to have deep compassion for others. Through my own healing journey, I have navigated an amazing path of transformation. I have discovered my Life Purpose as a healer, intuitive, and spiritual teacher. I now live a life anchored in love, at peace with my experiences, happy and joyful in this life I am blessed to have. My role as a healer is to help you on your journey…..with love and peace…..to stay grounded so that I am present and aware of what you need at this stage in your life. I believe in empowering you to create the transformation you desire, changing your paradigm from the inside out.

As an Advanced Hand Analyst, I received my certifications through the acclaimed International Institute of Hand Analysis. My instructor, Roberta Coker has over 20 years practicing as a Master Hand Analyst. I have learned how to analyze an individual’s handprints for both Personality and Soul Psychology. I believe in taking action to create the life you envision for yourself and the Soul and Personality Map that exists in your hands is invaluable to gaining clarity so that you can create the results you desire in your life. As a Hand Analyst, I work with clients locally and Internationally via Video Conferencing.
