Helena OB/GYN is looking to hire a professional receptionist. As the first person our patients encounter, you will set the tone for our office. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with making our patients feel welcome, you will also be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the ideal candidate will be available a majority of the time, although we can be flexible with hours depending on the candidate and circumstance.
