Helena OB/GYN is looking to hire a professional receptionist. As the first person our patients encounter, you will set the tone for our office. Therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with making our patients feel welcome, you will also be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the ideal candidate will be available a majority of the time, although we can be flexible with hours depending on the candidate and circumstance. We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our professional team. Our practice provides high quality women’s health and obstetric care. This position includes hands-on patient care, taking patient medical histories, assisting providers with procedures, collecting and preparing lab specimens, preparing/administering medications as directed by a physician, effective communication skills, and willingness to work as a team member.
