So for 2026 we are going to experiment with a sliding scale for our punch card system. Memberships will stay just as they are and are probably still a better deal if you are at the studio a lot. Our goal is to keep yoga affordable for everyone!

Join us for an afternoon of intention setting and self reflection as we set ourselves up for a new year of growth, connection, and success. This class will start with a journaling practice to help clarify where we are headed and set an intention for 2026. We will literally plant these intentions with some help from Keeping It Green.

Using our intention and new plant friends we will move, breathe and imagine all the things coming this year.

Once we have deeply connected with our intention, we move to nurturing it for the year by creating a pinch pot inspired by the thoughts of the day to hold your intention throughout the year.
