The weekend is the perfect time for us to share this culture-rich recipe. Curry with cauliflower rice is a perfect weekend night meal to enjoy. It is heart-healthy and a fun alternative to the typical weekend takeout!

After 20 minutes of prep and four hours of slow cooking, your home will have the aroma of a kitchen in Thailand. Riced cauliflower creates a nutrient-rich addition to soak up the curry sauce.

Around 165,000 people die every year from heart disease linked to alcohol usage.

We reiterate that alcohol offers NO health benefits or protective effects, even at low or moderate levels of consumption, including for heart health.

Sugary drinks and alcohol are not being sufficiently taxed and are becoming more affordable, according to the latest report by World Health Organization (WHO) This fuels obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and injuries, especially among children and young adults.

The World Heart Federation urges governments to implement at least 50% excise taxes on to***co, alcohol, and sugary drinks to fund essential health services and save millions of lives.

Know Stroke Prevent Stroke

The Montana Cardiovascular Health Program conducts statewide activities to prevent stroke and associated risk factors.

Our goal is to reduce the public burden caused by stroke and the impact of death and disability on Montana communities and families.

The program sponsors media and outreach education campaigns to increase awareness of the signs of stroke and the need to call 9-1-1 fast, and to encourage individuals to prevent stroke through healthy behaviors.
