We could not be more excited to introduce our newest PTโ€ฆeveryoneโ€ฆmeet Molly.

Molly Gathman, DPT
Molly grew up in North Dakota and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025. Her own experiences with sports injuries sparked her passion for physical therapy and helping others return to the activities they love.
Molly values the meaningful relationships she builds with her patients and finds joy in watching them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and conditions but has a special passion for pediatrics. During her schooling, Molly gained clinical experiences in orthopedics, acute care, and pediatric settings, which continues to shape her well-rounded approach to patient care. Outside of the clinic, Molly enjoys staying active and spending time with family. She loves traveling, skiing, working out and relaxing at the lake.

September is Fall Prevention Month... Balance is like any skill - use it or lose it!
Here are some basic exercises to try to help with balance. You can always use a chair or counter for support.

1. Single-leg stands: Hold for 10-30 seconds on each foot
2. Eyes-closed standing: Stand with feet together, eyes closed for 10-15 seconds
3. Chair rises: Get up from a chair without using your hands
4. Heel-to-toe walking: Walk in a straight line, placing one foot directly in front of the other

**Important: Always have something sturdy nearby to grab if you feel unsteady, and stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable.**
