Some days the motivation to workout is zero, but my body, mind, and spirit always benefit.

Iโ€™m choosing to focus on what I CAN do, and hopefully, Iโ€™ve gained some wisdom to pass on.

Setting small goals is a game-changer for staying on top of things. Honestly, I need accountability just as much as the next person. We all need to take a step back, see what's going well, and what needs some work - whether that's eating healthy, working out, unwinding, or spiritual growth. What's missing and what's getting too much attention?

The clock didnโ€™t catch me this morning!!!
I ran 8.5mph for the first 8 check points and bummed it up for the last 4.
Only .04 off my PR! I hadnโ€™t intended to work as hard, but someone planted a seedโ€ฆ. Thanks

I wanted to give up about 20 times.
This one is mentally and physically challenging.
Keep fighting, focusing on breathing and let the music drive you.
Life isnโ€™t always easy, fitness isnโ€™t always easy. Work is work. If you want to feel accomplished, satisfied, and reach your goals you have to put in the work.
