Another beautifully placed implant by Dr. DeWire. Patient presented with a narrow ridge and buccal concavity. Instead of compromising the placement which would result in bulky feel to tongue, food trap and difficulty restoring, Dr. DeWire carefully studied the 3D xray and developed the plan to expanded the compromised site with specialty burs followed by guided bone regeneration to optimize the outcome.

Today we celebrated Marie’s retirement. Marie has been a faithful team member of DeWire Dental for over 15 years, and worked with Dr. Shaffer for over 20 years prior to that. It has been a true pleasure to work along side of Marie and we wish her the very best in retirement.

DeWire Dental, LLC is a family practice that focuses on providing high quality care to patients of all ages. Dr. DeWire works with each patient to establish a treatment plan that fits their individual needs and budget. Our mission at DeWire Dental, LLC is to provide quality comprehensive dental care, patient education, and emergency dental treatment for all of our patients in a professional, courteous, and clean environment.

Dr. Kim DeWire is committed to keeping current with her education and keeps up with the latest dental innovations. She also remains on staff at Lehigh Valley Hospital, and volunteers her time as an attending at the Muhlenberg Dental Center. She also presents lecture topics to other attendings and residents throughout the year. Dr. DeWire is experienced in implant dentistry and works hand-in-hand with the top surgeons of the Lehigh Valley. She is the first restorative dentist in the country to work with an innovative implant technique known as, Trefoil, and continues to present lectures to her collegues on these implant procedures.
