Meet JENNY ➡️ Rediscovered herself at Burn and found something she wasn’t expecting - Community, and so much more.

“Three years ago, I reached a quiet realization I could no longer ignore. I had spent so much of my life taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of myself.

I showed up for my family, my work, my responsibilities, but I wasn’t showing up fully for my own life. I didn’t feel aligned with who I knew I could be.

Walking into Burn Boot Camp for the first time wasn’t about weight loss. It was a decision to stop abandoning myself.

At first, the workouts were hard. Not just physically, but mentally. I had to learn how to keep promises to myself.

What I didn’t expect was the community. I found friendships and support that filled a space I didn’t realize was empty.

Slowly, I began to change. Not just in how I looked, but in how I lived. I became someone who showed up with energy and confidence. Someone who cheers for others without hesitation is willing to try harder things and trust her own strength.

Yes, I’ve lost 30 pounds. But what I really gained was courage, health, connection, and a deeper respect for myself.

Burn Boot Camp helped me rediscover myself. And the most meaningful part is that this journey isn’t finished. Every moment of showing up is another step toward becoming the person I always knew I could be.”
