🌟 A Huge Thank You to the Hemet Women’s Club! 🌟
We had the pleasure of welcoming Jan Kurtz to the station as she presented the Hemet Women’s Club’s second generous financial donation to the Girls Empowerment Camp.

We’re incredibly grateful for their continued support in helping us inspire, educate, and empower young women in our community. Their contribution makes a real impact—and helps us keep this program growing stronger each year.

Yesterday, crews performed high point aerial pick off rescue training. This operation allows firefighters to reach and secure a victim fast and safely, when traditional ladders or simple access won’t work.

Our apparatus guys are wrapping up the final inspection on the new fire engines you’ll see in service across Hemet in early 2026. Big thanks to Fire Management, City Council, City Leadership, and Measure U for supporting this upgrade.

Firefighters from across the state gathered to honor 30 California firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.

Families of the fallen were recognized at the California Firefighters Memorial Ceremony, where their loved ones’ names were added to the memorial wall in Sacramento.

HFFA members stood proudly among brothers and sisters in the fire service — honoring the fallen, supporting their families, and upholding the traditions that unite us all.
