Well folks it is day 8 of my new adventure. My goal to loose 25 lbs by end of October 2017 as well as loose 15 inches total around my body.now that will not be my final goal but a warm up. So as of day 8 I have lost 5 lbs and won't measure again till September probably

Well it's day no.3 of the 12 week weight loss challenge and I've lost 2.5 lba in 3 days ,I'm so excited.

Good morning everyone,missed posting yesterday. Great boot camp yesterday at healthy hangout out,list a lb this past week but that is still great.moving forward.i had my shake and going to the park to walk today.

DAY6 of no bread challenge .im still feeling very energetic and,today I🌟 started walks at Mary Henly(?)(lol )park ,I was not able to do the whole round but I did do a quarter and that's good.i also parked further from places of business so I continued to walk and walk and walk. Now tomorrow is a return for another fantastic work out with boot camp at healthy hangout at Yale and florida.keep tuned in to see my progress. I love the support.Thank you

Day no 5 of no bread challenge and still hanging in there with absolutely no cravings. I had a Herbalife pancake for breakfast and so good .remainder of rice and beans from yesterday with baked chicken.after my productive work out BEFOREHAND. Good day and I feel great ,4 bottle of water during the work out.😉

Today being June 20 ,and Tuesday,I have to say.Praise the Lord I've had a productive day with my two shakes along with foods that have high protein such as baked chicken no skin brown rice and black beans Yum yum!
