Focus on healthy products, foods, & recipes.
Due to my own health & issues with certain foods, I’ve started creating & collecting recipes with the intent to create a cookbook. Some are dairy free, egg free, gluten free, & yeast free. Some focus on building gut health. All avoid preservatives & artificial colors & focus on using real & whole food. No imitation or lab made meats here! 🤣 Some recipes focus on being quick & easy, cause let’s face it, I just don’t always have tome
to cook & just need to throw something together while still not being filled with junk. Some do, however, use refined foods like white rice & cane sugar (when being yeast free, it’s hard to avoid not using some refined foods).
Some examples of recipes to come include eggless & dairy free Mayo, gluten/dairy free ranch, Dorothy lynch, BBQ ribs, collagen smoothy, curry noodle stir fry, jumbalaya, pork verde, air fried calamari, chicken nuggets, ketchup, gluten/dairy feee sausage gravy, lunch meat, tortillas, etc.
This morning I shared smoothies with my toddler (recipes coming soon).
His was breast milk, Bulgarian yogurt (for probiotic benefits), & Strawberries. He very much approved!
Mine was almond milk, collagen, organic cane sugar, & strawberries.
Both were made in less than 5 minutes combined! 😋
If we want thriving bodies, we need to fuel it with the proper fuel. We don’t put diesel in a gas car & expect it to run properly.
Why do we “fuel” our body with foods it was never intended to run off of & then expect it to function properly?
**We’ve made promises to share some of these things before, but life got busy & in the way. We should be able to keep up with this page more regularly now!
