Healthy & nutritious food doesn’t have to be hard or complicated; &, it doesn’t have to take hours & hours to prepare.

My health has drastically improved over the past 6 months & I would love to share some of my journey & success with you. Health is not found in a needle or a pill, but rather in our nutrition & food & the things we are/aren’t exposed to.

I look forward to sharing food ideas, quick recipes, tips, research articles & my own personal stories.Nonenis medical advice, but maybe some of it will be a help to you. ❤️

Below was our quick lunch, & the altered version for my children. ☺️ They LOVE their veggies!

Swiss mushroom burgers (homemade sourdough buns & homemade mayo) & a side salad (homemade Dorothy lynch).

In infants less than 1 year old:

51% of all SIDS cases reported to the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) occurred within 3 days post-vaccination.

75.5% occurred within 7 days post vaccination.

If we choose vaccinations, then I think it wise to get genetic screening prior as certain genetics (in article) make these children more prone to not tolerating them.

Focus on healthy products, foods, & recipes.

Due to my own health & issues with certain foods, I’ve started creating & collecting recipes with the intent to create a cookbook. Some are dairy free, egg free, gluten free, & yeast free. Some focus on building gut health. All avoid preservatives & artificial colors & focus on using real & whole food. No imitation or lab made meats here! 🤣 Some recipes focus on being quick & easy, cause let’s face it, I just don’t always have tome
to cook & just need to throw something together while still not being filled with junk. Some do, however, use refined foods like white rice & cane sugar (when being yeast free, it’s hard to avoid not using some refined foods).

Some examples of recipes to come include eggless & dairy free Mayo, gluten/dairy free ranch, Dorothy lynch, BBQ ribs, collagen smoothy, curry noodle stir fry, jumbalaya, pork verde, air fried calamari, chicken nuggets, ketchup, gluten/dairy feee sausage gravy, lunch meat, tortillas, etc.

This morning I shared smoothies with my toddler (recipes coming soon).

His was breast milk, Bulgarian yogurt (for probiotic benefits), & Strawberries. He very much approved!

Mine was almond milk, collagen, organic cane sugar, & strawberries.

Both were made in less than 5 minutes combined! 😋

If we want thriving bodies, we need to fuel it with the proper fuel. We don’t put diesel in a gas car & expect it to run properly.
Why do we “fuel” our body with foods it was never intended to run off of & then expect it to function properly?

**We’ve made promises to share some of these things before, but life got busy & in the way. We should be able to keep up with this page more regularly now! We will also provide natural products: sunscreen, lotions, bug spray, etc. Slowly but sure, we will be expanding. ☺️ Like & follow if you have any interest in these things & join us on the journey! ❤️

We are starting to broaden our cuisine & experiment with some of these generally overlooked cuts of meat.

OAT MILK!

Not having dairy for me is challenging & I miss it soooo much. Lately I’ve learned how to make my own homemade (not slimy) oat milk & use it in recipes to replace cow milk for things like sausage gravy & gifts. It seems to be an adequate replacement & provides a dish still pleasing to the palate.

Then…wait until you see what can be made out of the leftover oats! 😋

This will definitely be one of my first recipes to share with you! Fresh Garden Tomato-Basil Soup. Creamy & rich & yet still dairy free! 😋
