As we honor all who serve and have served on this Veterans Day, Morris Funeral Home wishes to recognize one of our licensed funeral directors/embalmers, Mr. Joshua Garza, who served in the United States Air Force from 1977 to 1979 as a security police specialist at Castle AFB in Merced, California. Josh comes from a family of veterans, including his father, who served in World War II and Korea, and says that, although he served for 2 years, those were among the best years of his life. Thank you, Josh, for your service, and thanks to all the brave men and women who have sacrificed so we can enjoy the freedoms we value today!
