The history behind the nutrition guidelines was COMPLETELY flawed and skewed - mostly by ONE person in the beginning.

(How does that really happen?)

Now that the food pyramid has been recreated to go back to more healthy recommendations, people and institutions are still NOT convinced that we never needed all those grain based products. 🤦‍♀️😢🤦‍♀️

I highly encourage everyone who reads this post and linked article to truly evaluate benefits and risks for all the processed foods we have been consuming “in the name of healthy eating”. 🥩🧈🥩

And keep sharing this post and others like it - with 90% of Americans battling metabolic dysfunction, this one thing can create longer, healthier lives in our homes and families. 💜🥩☀️
