MEET OUR TEAM:
Dr. Lindsey graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Detroit/ Mercy College, Detroit Michigan followed by attendance at The Ohio State University School of Medicine, graduating with her MD degree in 1993. She then completed a dual residency specializing in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the Detroit Medical Center. She then became board certified in b
oth Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She worked as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist for a community hospital in Wyandotte, Michigan as well as a staff physician in multiple emergency departments associated with the Detroit Medical Center prior to moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been working full-time in Emergency Medicine in Las Vegas since 2001. Bernadette was a firefighter EMT for 3 years and later a paramedic on a 911 ambulance for 6 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from University of Nevada, Reno and her Masters in Physician Assistant from Loma Linda University, Loma Linda California. She has been working full-time in Primary Care and later in Emergency Medicine in Las Vegas since 2017. WHO WE ARE:
During our years in the Emergency Department, we noticed with increasing frequency patients were unable to see their primary care doctor within a reasonable amount of time which forced them to seek care in the ED which should have been provided to them in an office setting. It has been heartbreaking hearing stories from patients that they were unable to get the care they deserved from their primary care physician. The COVID-19 pandemic added additional stressors to patients and often they found themselves afraid to seek medical care because of the perceived risk of contracting either COVID-19 or another infectious disease. Or worse, patients have been denied in-person office visits by primary care physicians while suffering from viral symptoms. It has become increasingly more apparent that patients both need and deserve better primary care and urgent care options. It was out of this desire to advocate for patients, that White Coat Concierge was born. White Coat Concierge strives to develop trusted compassionate RELATIONSHIPS with patients. You will always see a trusted caring face or hear a concerned voice when you contact us. As a concierge practice, without traditional time constraints, all of your concerns will be heard and your needs and health goals understood. Our practice is a flexible mobile service that will come to your home, place of employment, or any other location you may find yourself needing medical care. We also offer mobile Urgent Care and 24/7 HIPAA compliant telemedicine to be ACCESSIBLE to both members and non-members. Patients can schedule their own individualized visit with an easy-to-use self-scheduling system. Being a patient has never been more CONVENIENT!
