Not everything needs to be fixed right away.

Sometimes, what we really need is to slow down…
and come back to ourselves.

To notice what we’re feeling.
To reconnect with what we’ve been pushing aside.

Healing doesn’t always look like big changes —
sometimes it starts with a gentle reset. 🤍

✨ If you’ve been feeling disconnected, you don’t have to navigate it alone

You don’t need to have the perfect explanation for why you want therapy.

You don’t need to organize your thoughts first.

You don’t need to “be ready.”

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is show up exactly as you are — even if that feels messy, confusing, or uncertain.

Therapy is where clarity begins, not where it’s required. 🤍

✨ If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your sign.

What if one of the most powerful tools for your mental health didn’t come in a bottle… but in movement?

Brian Eldridge, Licensed CPC, shares one habit that has made a meaningful impact on his mental health: exercise.

Research shows that regular physical activity can be just as effective as SSRIs for some individuals in managing symptoms of depression. That doesn’t mean it replaces medication for everyone—but it does highlight how powerful movement can be as part of your healing journey.

Exercise isn’t about perfection or intensity. It can look like:
• A short walk outside
• Stretching your body
• Dancing in your room
• Moving in ways that feel good

Small, consistent movement can support mood, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected to your body.

Healing doesn’t have to be complicated—sometimes it starts with a single step.

✨ What’s one way you like to move your body?

Motherhood can be beautiful… and also incredibly overwhelming. 🤍

In the midst of caring for everyone else, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.

This is your reminder: you matter too.

Reconnecting with yourself doesn’t have to be big or perfect—it can be found in small, gentle moments:
• taking a walk
• feeling your emotions
• doing something you love
• asking for support

You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to feel.
You are allowed to be cared for, too.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. ✨

What if you’re not stuck…
but the format is?

So many people come into therapy doing everything “right”—
but still feel like something isn’t shifting.

Sometimes it’s not about trying harder.
It’s about having the space to go deeper.

EMDR Intensives are designed to support that.

✨ 3-hour focused sessions
✨ Deeper, uninterrupted processing
✨ Guided support the entire time

If you’ve been feeling stuck, this might be a different way forward.

Regulation isn’t being perfectly calm.

There’s this idea that being “regulated” means you’re always peaceful, calm, and unbothered…

But that’s not realistic — and honestly, not the goal.

Regulation looks more like:
• Being able to sit with what you’re feeling without pushing it away
• Taking a breath or a step back before reacting
• Coming back to yourself instead of rushing to fix or solve everything

You can feel overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated… and still be regulated.

It’s not about eliminating emotions — it’s about building the capacity to stay with yourself through them.

That’s where the shift happens 🤍

Survival mode doesn’t always look intense — sometimes it shows up quietly in our daily lives.

In this video, Marija shares a few signs you might be operating in survival mode:
• Ongoing exhaustion or low energy
• Reacting quickly instead of responding intentionally
• Feeling like you’re just getting through the day

If you’re noticing these patterns, this is your gentle reminder to slow down, check in, and ask yourself:
✨ What do I need right now?
✨ What is my body asking for?

Support, rest, and small moments of regulation can help you come back to yourself.

You deserve more than just getting through the day 🤍

04/01/2026

Have you been feeling drained lately?
Sometimes the exhaustion we carry is not only our own.

We can start to hold stress, pressure, emotions, and expectations that were never ours to keep. Reclaiming your energy can look like noticing what belongs to you, what does not, and giving back what was never yours in the first place.

A gentle reminder from Bethany Hickey, Student CPC: you are allowed to protect your peace. 🤍

Parenting isn’t about being perfect—it’s about learning how to pause. 🤍

In those reactive moments, it’s easy to move straight into frustration, raising our voice, or trying to fix things quickly. But what if we slowed it down?

✨ Reclaim the moment
✨ Reset your nervous system
✨ Create space before responding

This is where connection begins.

When we pause, we’re not ignoring the behavior—we’re regulating ourselves so we can respond with intention instead of reaction.

Try this flow next time you feel triggered:
→ Pause & take a breath
→ Let your body settle
→ Reconnect with your child
→ Then problem solve together

Small pauses can create big shifts in your relationship. 🤍

Healing doesn’t always feel good at first… and that’s okay 🤍

Sometimes, healing feels uncomfortable because it’s new.
It’s unfamiliar. It’s different from what we’ve known, even if what we’ve known hasn’t been healthy.

Healing is like taking the training wheels off a bike—
wobbly, uncertain, maybe even a little scary…
but it’s also the beginning of freedom.

There is no “right” way to heal.
Your process is allowed to be unique, messy, and yours.

If it feels uncomfortable, it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong—
it might mean you’re growing.

✨ You’re allowed to take it one step at a time.

Attachment isn’t just a label… it’s a response.

In this video Renata shares how in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), attachment shows up most clearly when a relationship feels threatened.

It’s in those moments we’re really asking:
💭 “Are you there for me?”
💭 “Do I matter to you?”

When we feel unsure, our emotional responses take over—
• Some of us move closer (anxiety)
• Some of us pull away (avoidance)

But instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?”
What if we asked:
👉 “What is my emotion trying to tell me right now?”

Because secure connection isn’t about being perfect—
it’s about feeling safe enough to reach and respond.

✨ Safe connection = safe bonding

💛 If this resonates, you’re not alone.
Healing happens in relationships—and it can start here.
