Stop by the Henderson Healing Hub, this Saturday from 4-8 pm, to celebrate 10 years in business and enjoy a cup of Xiao Yao San herbal tea! Gretchen will be brewing the tea around 4 pm and it will be available until it’s gone!

Happy Lunar New Year!
This is projected to be a year of movement, expansion, and sovereignty.
Great amounts of energetic momentum will build when you are aligned with your passion, your purpose, your destiny.
The year of the wood snake is completed, with all of its shedding of past experiences that no longer serve our highest good. It is time for alignment, action, and building.
Just like a forest fire clears the dead trees to clear for new growth and activates seeds to germinate, so it is for the year of the Fire Horse. Burn away all that does not serve you so that new seeds and growth can flourish.
Hold boundaries without guilt, protect what you’ve birthed, be aware to not overextend your life force or spirit for anything that is in misalignment with you. Take action and move forward with courage and grace.
