Lynn Marie started class with exercises that activated the belly center and “Qi Belt”, then did a Tiger exercise for the hips and lower back, and then a floor routine for the feet and legs.

Come visit the Henderson Healing Hub on Saturday November 1 for our open house! From 4 to 6:30 pm, Gretchen Forster will be offering ear seeds to anyone who is interested! Come learn about this Traditional Medicine approach of healing, a non-invasive and beneficial way to help alleviate a number of ailments. So many are traveling for MEA weekend here in Minnesota, so today’s class will stream live from my home studio instead of the Henderson Healing Hub.

Sauna time!! Let's get it turned on. How about a special until the end of this month. Pay by cash or check and you'll get 10 sessions for $100 or $150 will give you access for a whole month. Would be a great gift too! Call the office 507-868-0053 and Sue will get you set up. We have a code lock so you can access it on your time, when it works best for you. Just make sure you've got it booked so we don't double up.
