It’s Earth Day 🌍

And the earth is always showing us something we forget:

It rests.
It blooms.
It sheds.
It begins again.

It doesn’t rush itself.
It doesn’t stay in one season to prove anything.

And yet… so many of us try to live in an eternal summer—always on, always producing, always doing.

But your body doesn’t work that way.
Your energy doesn’t work that way.

You are cyclical by nature.

What would shift if you honored that—just a little more?

Not in a big, overwhelming way, but in small, honest ones:

• letting yourself slow down without needing to earn it
• noticing when your energy is asking for rest vs. creation
• releasing what feels heavy instead of pushing through
• allowing softness, stillness, or play to be enough

This is how we come back into rhythm.
Not by doing more… but by listening differently.

Today is a reminder—
you’re allowed to move like the earth. 🌿

The energy of spring can feel electric. It’s almost like we don’t know what to do with our bodies when it’s here. As a healer who works with the energy of the year here are 8 ways I encourage the energy of this season to move through me.

1. Sing! Not just along with songs (although I do that too) but I sing when I’m cooking, when I’m telling my kids to set the table and when I’m excited or frustrated about something. It always makes me laugh

2. Dance 💃I love to put on a 90s dance party mix or something else nostalgic that gets me out of my rational or worried mind and into how the version of me who first heard that song felt.

3. Stand in the sun and put my hands up in the air imagine myself receiving its energy like a golden ray entering my body.

4. Say blessings into my coffee in the morning like they’re magic spells for the day

5. Play with my clothing. Play with colors and textures and styles. I dress in a way that 8 year old me would admire.

6. Shake energy off. Like dogs do after they meet another dog. I notice such a huge difference on days I forget to do this

7. Buy flowers to pull in the energy of the season into the walls of my home. Let myself play with colors and textures to create something I see as beautiful, not for any one else’s expectations.

8. Doodle, write passages with no punctuation and paint or color whenever I’m given the opportunity.

What’s something you do to remind yourself to enjoy this life?

There’s something you’ve been circling.

You can feel it…
the idea, the pull, the version of you that’s ready for more.

But instead of fully moving with it, you’ve been in the in-between.

Starting.
Stopping.
Overthinking.
Losing momentum.

Not because you’re not capable —
but because you haven’t had the right kind of support.

Not just healing.
Not just strategy.

Both.

That’s exactly what I created Sacred Momentum for.

A 6-week 1:1 coaching container (virtual or in person) where we bridge
intuition + structure
so you can actually bring your vision to life.

Here’s how we move:

✨ Weeks 1–3
We go inward
— reconnecting to your body
— strengthening your intuition
— using soul journeying to get clear on what wants to come through you

✨ Weeks 4–6
We bring it into form
— building structure + systems that work for your real life
— creating a plan you’ll actually follow
— taking aligned, supported action

This is where the shift happens.

You stop circling your vision…
and start becoming the version of you who follows through.

This is for you if you’re ready for:
— clarity
— momentum
— and real movement forward

I’m opening a small number of 1:1 spots.

If you feel the pull, DM me MOMENTUM and I’ll send you the details ✨

Before every group call, I take time to prepare the space energetically.

Not just the room… but myself.

the depth of what happens in these containers isn’t just about what I teach, it’s about the energy we step into together.

Before we begin, I:

✨ Get into my body (dance, shake, move)
✨ Clear my own energy through breath and intention
✨ Light a candle to mark the space as sacred
✨ Pull a card to feel into what the group needs most
✨ Say a prayer to connect with my guides and angels so I can speak from intuition rather than ego

These small rituals help me arrive grounded, clear, and open… so the women in the space can receive exactly what they need.

Energy matters.
Preparation matters.
Holding the container matters.

What do you do to create sacred space for yourself?

There’s a certain kind of woman I tend to work with…
She’s strong. Capable. The one everyone leans on.

But underneath?
Her nervous system is tired.
Her body is holding more than it should.

The way that the world is right now is amplifying this feeling for so many.

And part of her is craving space to finally exhale.
Not another mindset fix.
Not more pressure to “do it right.”

But real, embodied support.
✨ A place where her body is included
✨ Where her emotions are safe
✨ Where she can soften without falling apart
✨ Where self-trust becomes natural again

This is the work we do inside my Divine Feminine Coaching containers.
It’s deeply personalized, somatic, and supportive — designed to help you feel regulated, expressed, and at home in yourself again. The more of us that trust ourselves, the more we change the way the world feels.

If you’ve been quietly feeling the pull…
Send me the word FEMININE in my DMs and we’ll start the conversation. 💫

Here’s how to work with new moon energy. New Moon in Capricorn feels like the deep exhale we’ve been waiting for.
Not flashy. Not rushed. Just steady.

If the energy has felt stuck or like nothing would move… this is your sign that it may start to now. Capricorn is maturity, devotion, and laying a solid foundation—one intentional brick at a time.

Here’s the simple ritual I’m working with:

✨ 1) Look at where you’re coming from
Write out what you’re ready to release—old stories, fear, pressure, the “I should be further by now” energy.

🔥 2) Burn it (safely)
Let it be done. Let it be alchemized.

🌿 3) Be with what comes up
Sit with the feelings. Breathe. Let your body process what your mind has been carrying.

🕯️ 4) Set intentions for the month
And because this is the first new moon of the year… let these intentions become your foundation for the year.
Less “perfect plan.” More “anchored energy.”

Stuck in your head? Here’s how to drop into your body 👇
So often, we stay in our minds—looping, analyzing, taking in more information—while our body quietly holds wisdom we forget to notice.

Instead of spiraling in thought, try pausing to notice the world around you:
👁 What do you see?
👂 What do you hear?
👃 What do you smell?

Then expand. Can you feel your body interacting with the space around you? Can you sense your breath, your feet on the ground, or the way the air touches your skin?

Finally, check in with your heart. Ask yourself: How do I feel right now? And instead of rushing to explain or justify it—simply be with the feeling.

This is presence. This is embodiment. 💫

✨ If you’re new here, my name is Kristin ✨
I’m an intuitive energy healer and somatic coach. I guide women back into their bodies so they can release what they’ve been holding, reconnect with their truth, and live in alignment with their own wisdom.

But I didn’t start here…

For years, I worked as a hairdresser and educator in Las Vegas. I loved the creativity, but what really lit me up was connecting with people — listening to their stories, holding space, and seeing them feel lighter when they left my chair.

About 8 years ago, I started to feel a pull toward something I couldn’t quite explain. I loved my job and my people, but I just had this feeling there was something more. Yoga teacher training had been on my heart since I was 23, and when I finally said yes, it ended up swing about a lot more than learning to teach yoga. Fun fact after I signed up I found out I was pregnant 🤰🏼 with my 4th child. I had a quick debate on if I should pull out of the training, but my heart said to go for it. So I did and graduated very pregnant 😆 Yoga taught me to be in my body and in the training I was learning how to be vulnerable, share my gifts, and follow the breadcrumbs of what felt exciting and light

That path led me to energy work. At first, I didn’t know what it would become. I just kept following intuition, one step at a time. Over the years, I’ve taken many trainings, studied endlessly, and remembered the healing wisdom of my lineage — weaving it all together into the way I now hold space.

The truth is, I’ve always been intuitive. Now I understand how to connect with it and how to set the frequency for others so they can heal, release, and come back home to themselves.

Today, my work looks like energy healing sessions, somatic coaching, group programs, and rituals — but really, it’s all about helping women remember they’re not alone, release what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with the wisdom in their own bodies.

✨ Thanks for being here and walking this path with me. ✨

👉 I’d love to know if my story resonates with you — or if you’ve been curious about energy healing, my link is in bio to learn more about working together.

Before I embraced the Divine Feminine, I was pushing through life in overdrive — ignoring my body, feeling disconnected from my creativity, and missing the quiet whispers of my own intuition.

When I began honoring my natural cycles, creating rituals for each season, and giving myself permission to slow down, something magical happened:
I felt like I was living in harmony with Life itself.

This is why I teach these practices now — because I know firsthand how deeply they can change you.

✨ Your turn: Tell me in the comments — what’s one way you already honor your own rhythm or seasons? Or… what’s one you’d love to start?

Your share might just inspire someone else’s next ritual. 🌙💬

Total chaos, but it’s all good. That’s usually how I answer when people ask how it is to have four kids. The key is to figure out a way to just go with it or let go of things. Easier said than done. I’ve found what works best for me is to align my home life and work life in a way that I don’t feel like I’m giving everything and nothing all at once. You know what I mean, right? You’re home thinking about work. At work thinking about home. It’s enough to make you go bonkers. How do you figure out what you need? That’s the tough part. You have to make time to have your own thoughts and not be answering 50 questions while your husband is also telling you a story. So I made a day where you can do that. I’ve got everything handled you just have to show up. In comfy clothes. No makeup required.
