Most people are still starting the conversation at the gut.
But the truth is… the gut is rarely where things begin.
It’s where things end up.
Everything comes back to stress.
Not just emotional stress… but physiological stress too.
Blood sugar swings, poor sleep, overtraining, inflammation, toxin load, hormonal shifts… it all adds up. ⚡️
Over time, that constant stress starts to wear the system down.
Digestion becomes less efficient.
The immune system gets overwhelmed.
Detox pathways slow.
The body stops clearing the way it was designed to.
And now… things that normally wouldn’t take hold… start to.
So yes, you see it in the gut.
But that’s not where it started.
It’s the result of a system that’s been under pressure for too long.
A cascade.
