Progesterone: The devil on your shoulder, telling you to take a nap.
Estrogen: Making you feel like it’s summer in the middle of winter.
Cortisol: Your annoying middle manager.
Testosterone: as consistent as your situationship… there, then suddenly not.
You: just trying to be productive.

All the hormones are invited… but nobody’s coordinating. 😳

This one felt like it hit a little too close to home. My condolences to his family. Again, a reminder to please start your screening colonoscopies at the age of 45. If you are having G.I. symptoms, such as change in bowel movements, blood in your stool, or unexplained weight loss please get to see your doctor sooner rather than later so you can get a diagnostic colonoscopy.
