'The 45 Yrs & Older, Pay Attention Challenge.'

Ready?

The next time you stand up from ANY chair, any couch, get up from any bed, get out of any car, rise from any kneeling or squating position, or climb any stair.....pay attention.

Pay VERY close attention.

If you catch yourself pushing off the couch cushion, helping yourself get up from the mattress, assisting yourself from any car seat, pushing off just a bit from a kneeling or squating position or using the railing to help yourself up the stairs...your body is no longer producing the levels of HGH or IGF1 that you once had and that you need to stay young and fully alive.

These 2 natural components are mandatory for maintaining muscle strength and having lean body mass.
