Did you know? 👇

You can transfer your funeral arrangements to another funeral home—at any time.

Whether you’ve pre-planned with life insurance or prepaid arrangements, you own your policy. That means if you move, your preferences change, or you simply feel more comfortable elsewhere, you have the ability to transfer it.

✔️ It’s simple—the new funeral home usually handles all the paperwork
✔️ It’s your right—funds are held by a third party and are fully transferable
✔️ Often no extra cost to move your policy
✔️ You typically don’t even need to contact the original funeral home

This flexibility exists both before a death occurs and even afterward, as funeral homes can still coordinate the use of the policy to cover funeral expenses with the family’s authorization.

All you need is your policy or pre-need paperwork, and the new funeral home will guide you through the process—including updating the beneficiary or assignment.

A couple things to keep in mind:
• Pricing guarantees may vary with a new provider
• It’s always wise to review your documents when transferring

Planning ahead should bring peace of mind—and that includes knowing you always have options.

Many people believe choosing cremation means giving up the opportunity for a viewing—but that’s not the case.

Families can still have a visitation, viewing, or traditional funeral service before cremation takes place. This allows time to gather, honor a loved one, and say goodbye in a meaningful way, while also offering a thoughtful balance between a traditional service and cremation.

Cremation doesn’t take away the chance for a beautiful and meaningful farewell—it simply offers another option.
