Today marks the 7-year anniversary of the ER at Green Valley Ranch, an extension of Henderson Hospital. Since opening its doors, this freestanding emergency department has been proud to serve the Henderson and Green Valley communities with compassionate, high-quality emergency care close to home.

Our ICU and Emergency Department teams recently volunteered at the Three Square Food Bank helping pack 1,320 senior food bags for those in need. We’re proud to support our community and live out our commitment to care, inside and outside the hospital.

We are pleased to announce that Henderson Hospital completed their first Y-90 Selective Internal Radiation Therapy (SIRT) for the treatment of liver cancer. This advanced, minimally invasive therapy delivers targeted radiation through the hepatic artery, sparing surrounding healthy tissue and reducing systemic side effects.

Y-90 SIRT is an important option for patients with unresectable primary or metastatic liver cancer and it can be used in conjunction with systemic therapies or as a bridge to transplantation.

Meghan was nominated by Peter Omosa, one of our ICU nurses, for contributing to National Security and Protecting Liberty and Freedom by supporting Peter's participation in America's National Guard and Reserve Force.
