A number of resources have been put in place by the State of Nevada to help those impacted by the federal shutdown while SNAP and WIC funding is currently delayed.

The State has partnered with Three Square to distribute meals. Resources for the locations of those distribution sites is available on the Three Square website: https://www.threesquare.org/ or by calling 702-765-4030 for the latest nearby distributions and pantry hours.

Optima Wellness Center in Henderson has a beautiful 10ft. x 10ft office space available for sublease that would be perfect for an EMDR Therapist, Holistic Practitioner, or Counselor. Office has windows, is freshly painted.

We are located on the first floor inside the Atrium in Henderson surrounded by running waterfalls, palm trees and bird of paradise. Located off Saint Rose Parkway and Paseo Verde near the 215.

Our multi-cultural wellness center currently shares the 7 room space with an LCADC counselor & Yoga Teacher, an EMDR Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Medical Qigong Practitioner, Neurofeedback Technician, Reiki Therapy & Sound Therapy Practitioner who can support with client referrals.

Includes: a lobby with chairs for "by appointment only" patients; 24/7 access; coffee and water station; refrigerator and microwave internet and electricity; and use of wellness studio.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Grief Share & Art Therapy celebration to honor a loved who has passed away. Las Vegas Yoga Therapy founders Michelle Cintron and Stefanie Jillian did a beautiful presentation encouraging everyone to share a memory of their loved one and together we all set an intention to carry us through the evening.

The sound therapy with Tibetan bowls, chimes and rain drop instruments…accompanied with the tender words of love and care from Michelle and Stefanie…gently held the sacred space inside our wellness studio. Everyone also received chocolate and pulled an affirmation card that held a personal heartfelt message just for them.✨

The candles were decorated using paint, dried flowers, pictures, shiny stones, stickers and handwritten messages.

All the candles will be presented on an alter at Springs Preserve Dia De Los Mu***os celebration on November 7-9. And the candles will be returned back to Optima Wellness Center as a keepsake for those who attended our event.
