Small Business Saturday 💜

As we close out Black History Month, I want to take a moment to intentionally celebrate Black owned businesses in our community and beyond.

Entrepreneurship is not just about making a living. It is about legacy. It is about ownership. It is about creating opportunities where there once were barriers.

We honor those who came before us. Those who built, sacrificed, innovated, and paved the way so that today we have the opportunity to lead, own, and thrive as business owners.

If you are a Black business owner, drop your business name below.

If you know a Black owned business that deserves to be highlighted, tag them in the comments.

Let us use this space to spread awareness, support one another, and continue building strong communities through economic empowerment.

Please feel free to share this post and keep the momentum going. 🤎

New day new vibes Queeeeens! Real quick... There's so much in our day to day lives that we have to take care of. As women we often prioritize our children and spouses ahead of ourselves. I know this to be factual because I do it. I have to often remind myself to take a step back and rearrange that order.

Queens we have to do better and treat ourselves with the premium care that we give to others. It doesn't mean we drop the ball on everything and everyone, but sometime you will have to disappoint others to save yourself.

Listen, this is your reminder to put you first. That is self-care in a nutshell! Now, yall get on somewhere and have the day that you deserve. BLOOM 🌸

Gut health has to be top priority.

DID YOU KNOW

Your gut and your nervous system are in constant communication.

Every single day they are asking one question:
🤗Are we safe… or are we under threat?

And here’s what most people don’t realize —
😧Stress isn’t just what happens at work.

It’s everything we are feeding our life.🍽🧘‍♀️💗

👉The food we eat.
👉The thoughts we rehearse.
👉The conversations we tolerate.
👉The media we consume.
👉The expectations we carry.
👉The pressure we put on ourselves.

𝔸𝕝𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝕚𝕥 𝕚𝕤 𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕘𝕪.

When we are constantly𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 — 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.

🌟And when this happens:

• Cortisol rises
• Digestion weakens
• Blood sugar becomes unstable
• Cravings increase
• Fat loss slows
• Hormones become disrupted
• Energy drops

This isn’t a motivation problem.

It’s a regulation problem.

✨A 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 that feels 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 and 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱

The beautiful part?
We can begin shifting this gently.

With:
💙• Real whole foods
💙• Calming daily rituals
💙• Movement that supports (not punishes)
💙• Gratitude and mindset training
💙• Protecting your energy

Small consistent signals of safety create powerful change.

I’d love to start a conversation.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?
Stress?
Time?
Consistency?
Mindset?
Digestion?
Energy?

Comment one word below 🦋

Let’s talk about it in a supportive, safe way.

Before you close your eyes tonight…
Release what didn’t go perfectly.
Release the conversations you replayed.
Release the pressure you put on yourself.
You did enough today.
You are enough tonight.
Let your nervous system soften.
Let your thoughts slow down.
Let your heart rest.
Breathe in peace.
Breathe out everything that isn’t yours to carry.
Tomorrow is another opportunity to bloom. 🌸
Sleep easy, Queens. 💝

It's time to pause for the cause and the cause is you!
Before you push through the rest of this day…
check in with yourself.
Are you tense?
Are you rushing?
Are you carrying something you don’t have to carry?
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Take one slow breath in…
and let that s**t go.

You don’t have to survive the day.
You can move through it with intention.
Soft doesn’t mean weak.
Calm doesn’t mean lazy.
Mindful means powerful.
We bloom even in the middle of busy. 🌸

Here are some helpful breathing tips to help you maintain your peace during the day.

New day new vibes Queeeeens!! Real quick...
Today we pause.
Not because life isn’t busy…
but because we are worth the pause.
Mindfulness is choosing to breathe and think before we react.
To listen before we judge.
To love ourselves through every season.

Take 3 deep breaths right now.
Inhale peace.
Exhale pressure.
You deserve a calm mind and a little grace this week. 💛
