A new level of maturity hit life this year. Daughter now married , son has a big boy job and all… mommy duties are over and it’s time to write a new chapter in the book of life!
Focusing on myself and doing the things I’ve always wanted would be the new focus. Excited to start this phase of life and truly blessed to be able to do that this early in life. To new beginnings!!!!!!

Can’t believe another year is over?
Me too!
We still have a few good weeks to get to our goals. What are you wanting to accomplish by the 31st while it’s still 2025?
If talking to a therapist can help, let me know. Being a perfectionist that always has to work on something, I’ve realized that it’s better when you have someone to help you with your visions. Help can look like talking out loud, connecting the dots, sifting through emotions, forgiving yourself and more.
I’m working on my year while it’s still here. So can you!!

Making decisions can be scary. The more powerful and successful people will tell you, that’s one of the things that makes them different from those that second guessed or never made a decision because they were scared. People good at making decisions are also scared, the only difference is they accept that and still decide.
Own your decisions!! And move on. If you need to modify , modify. But decide!!!

As a therapist I realize that being single and lonely is better than being in a relationship and feeling lonely….
