Angel Care Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of hospice care for patients and families.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the hospice nursing team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide leadership, training, and clinical guidance to nursing staff
• Monitor quality of care and patient outcomes

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Texas
• Hospice or home health experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
• Compassionate leadership and communication skills
