Every patient has their story about why things went bad in their mouth. Please do not judge the appearance of the teeth before the make over out of respect for the patient. Dr. Ebrahim and I were invited to a small group practice in Bogota for a full mouth reconstruction case presentation using computer designed and guided surgery as well as private mentorship under our company 3rdSET Implant Solutions. This case took about a year to complete. All of it was done by myself. Before implants could be placed the mouth had to be restored and the vertical dimension had to be recreated. Patient chose crown and bridge for the top jaw and implants for the lower jaw.

Dr. Ebrahim and I came to Colombia to meet with the dental school faculty of Universidad de Antioquia for charitable purposes helping the edentulous and those who can not afford the treatment of ALL ON 4. We were received with open arms. Colombia is a beautiful country with diverse climates and people. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to travel. We were invited to go back and so I shall.

Wishing all my family and friends and all my patients a healthy thanksgiving. I hope those who are spending these hard times in hospitals including those who care for them get their chance again next year. My thoughts are with all those who lost loved ones and don’t get a chance to look into their eyes this holiday season. Long live their memories!

I am a proud graduate of Northwestern University (the preeminent institution recognized throughout the world as the academic home of Dr. Black, the Father of American Dentistry). Upon graduating in 1999, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, I began a journey fed by my passion for delivering high-quality dental care and a desire to find a way to treat one patient at a time.
Meeting my personal goal more than 14 years ago, I now provide individualized care one patient at a time. One-on-One dentistry enables me to address the needs of each of my patients individually. I have created a process that allows me the freedom to coordinate patient care in a way that assures my focus is dedicated to the person in my chair. It is not uncommon to treat one patient per day when a complicated case requires the logistical coordination of multiple disciplines utilizing the latest technologies.
My main focus is full mouth reconstruction and emergency dentistry addressing severe pain and facial swelling as well as immediate implant placement due to trauma or loss of teeth - with an emphasis on the cosmetic needs where teeth are visible.
I am also very active in dental education – not only the continuing education courses required by law – but further, I have traveled the world in the last few years, attending advanced courses, teaching advanced classes, and providing the highest quality care available through charity work. Those experiences have blessed me with unparalleled opportunities to work with, learn from, and share knowledge with some of the best dental professionals of our time. I have extensive training with actual patients doing sinus graft surgeries as well as bone grafting, implant placement, implant repair, computer-guided implant surgery, implant removal from the site or the maxillary sinus due to accidental loss. Photography was once my hobby. I now take advantage of high-resolution photography to document and collect pictures for case studies. I have thousands of treatment images documenting my work since 1999 and find them to be unequaled for educational purposes.
On a much more personal level, in 2006 I moved from Scottsdale Arizona back to Las Vegas to be near family. I have one goal to achieve from the practice of dentistry: for you as a patient to remember me as the person who helped improve the quality of your oral health for the better. I make sure that my personal contact information is available to all of my patients so they can reach me anytime they desire. I like to use three different implant systems for my implant cases and employ the best dental labs in the industry especially for my all-on-4 and cosmetic cases (I prefer more than four implants in general) and do not believe in cost-cutting tactics when it comes to products and dental supplies and materials.
