Most of us don’t think twice when we call out hello or tell a family member we love them. We forget what a gift our words can be. This Giving Tuesday we are asking you to help supply the gift of words to the children who are currently working with our therapists in The Pierce Autism Center. Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) devices are a crucial tool a nonverbal child can have that teaches them how to communicate that bridge to verbalizing. Your act of kindness will go to purchasing the device and a yearly subscription to help kids find their voice. Every kid deserves words.
