Here is a simple breathing exercise to help people, especially the little ones, calm down.
Step 1: Inhale like smelling a flower: Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Imagine the sweet scent of a flower filling your lungs.
Step 2: Exhale like blowing out a candle: Purse your lips slightly and breathe out slowly through your mouth, as if gently blowing out a candle flame.
Repeat: Continue this pattern a few times to help your body and mind relax.
