Here’s the thing, we aren’t ACTUALLY the ones recruiting doctors, but that doesn’t change the fact that we REALLY need them!

Another Pediatric Round Table in the books!

Had a great discussion on the intersection of medicine and academics specially growing Graduate Medical Education (GME) in pediatrics in Nevada!

Come on out tomorrow, March 31st anytime between 6-8 pm. Meet other families, enjoy games, and engage in advocacy activities for youth and parents—com advocate with us for more comprehensive healthcare for kids in Nevada! All are welcome! 🎉

Act4Kids Nevada will has 2 reserved pickleball court available for free-play (generously donated by Chicken N Pickle, parents will need to complete a waiver). There are also giant yard games and foosball tables available to all.

Families are encouraged to participate in free advocacy activities and learn more about Act4Kids’ programs. One free raffle ticket will be given to anyone who participates in the advocacy activities! The raffle will end the evening and you definitely want to be one of the winners announced! Raffle tickets are $1 each.

will be open for food and beverage purchases during the event, with 10% being donated back to Act4Kids Nevada.

What would your wish for children’s healthcare in Nevada be? ⤵️

Becky’s wish for Nevada is a pediatric ENT that specializes in airway disorders❤️

At the time of filming, there was not even a pediatric trained ENT seeing patients in the entire state of Nevada. Since filming, we are grateful to report that has hired a pediatric ENT to serve the children in Nevada🙌

Becky also talks about the need for a freestanding children’s hospital- is continuing their plans and has an opening date set for 2030👏
