• First Visit
o Your first visit to our office is an important time for us to gather information from you that will help us understand what goals you would like to achieve in regards to your dental health. We have set apart a time in our schedule so that we can devote complete attention to you and your needs. We start the first visit by asking you for your contact and insurance information as well as an overview of your medical history. Next, we complete a comprehensive exam including x-rays so that the Dr. Stratton can get a complete view of the current health of your mouth. Dr. Stratton will then discuss treatment options with you and together we will create a treatment plan that suits your needs and wishes. You will also have the opportunity to review the cost of treatment and discuss various options for payment. Our goal for the first visit is to have you understand and feel completely comfortable with your personalized treatment plan.

• Financial Policy
o We understand that everyone has different financial needs, and we will attempt to find an option that works for you. We offer paid in full discounts, Senior and Cash paying discounts. We provide interest free financing through Care-Credit and Citihealth Card. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. o Dr. Stratton accepts and is a preferred provider for many different insurance companies. Insurance policies vary greatly, and as a result, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage or any balances not paid by insurance. We reinforce the fact that insurance is a contractual relationship between you and your benefit provider. o As a service to our patients, we will file your claims and allow 45 days for reimbursement. Please know that we will do everything we can to see that you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance.
