Healing a TFCC injury means protecting the joint from too much extension and eversion of the wrist. If you don’t you’ll make the ECU pretty angry and have some serious pains in your elbow and hand.

Garment sizing tips!

If you want to avoid the dreaded “foccacia belly” after abdominal lipo, your compression garment situation has to be on lock! So tight you cannot place your hand between the garment and the skin.

We recommend people check out a compression garment store for a proper fitting, and when they say it’s the right size; believe them. It may seem really snug or difficult to do the closures, but trust the process; it’s temporary discomfort and you can get an expander for the first 48 hours of using your stage 2 garment.

Don’t forget to FOLLOW YOUR DOCTOR’S ORDERS! Don’t do your stage 2 garment until the good doctor says it is ok. The dollar bill measure is a tutorial on Amazon from M&D
