All Louisiana Medicaid offices and the Medicaid Customer Service Call Center will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, through Friday, December 26, in observance of the Christmas holiday. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, December 29.

Medicaid members can access their benefits online through the Louisiana Medicaid self-service portal at MyMedicaid.la.gov.

The Medicaid Automated Response Chatbot (MARC) is also available on Medicaid's website. MARC is your virtual assistant, ready to answer common questions.
