Led by Flavia Franco, a prenatal and postpartum certified yoga teacher -and an expecting mom herself- who has been lovingly guiding moms and babies through movement and connection across the Las Vegas valley.

Our next class is set for Wednesday, December 10th at 10am. Cost for the class is $15 and we have space for 8-10 baby and momma pairs. We are excited to be able to offer this class to our community!
