Eliza is an attachment-focused therapist who works with adults (18+) to explore how early relationships and experiences shape the way we move through the world. She brings a warm, gentle, and deeply compassionate presence to her work, helping clients untangle the impact of childhood trauma and build new, more secure ways of connecting with others.
Eliza is EMDR-trained and IFS-informed, drawing from psychodynamic and trauma-focused approaches to support healing and growth. She’s especially passionate about helping clients navigate generational trauma, identity, and self-connection with authenticity and care.

Our Asheville office is on the move! 🚚💛 We’ll be settling into our new space the week of October 6th and will begin seeing clients there starting October 13th.

Have you checked out this weekends Pride on Main Schedule? Friday we stop by the Waterin Hole for a casual check in. And then we kick off Saturdays events at the courthouse, with a parade down main, and vendors (89) and performers on Wall Street. We end Saturday night with a drag show at the Folkmoot and then we are off to the Pigeon Center Sunday morning with an afternoon swim at the Meadowlark!
