Job description:

The position requires a warm, caring personality geared towards providing excellent customer service, strong administrative, organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail within a VERY fast-paced environment.

* Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

* Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.

* Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area, light cleaning

* Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

*Insurance verification/billing/collections

*Going above and beyond and creating a fun, professional, efficient atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must prove computer skills and professional communication. Spelling, grammar, punctuation etc.

Positive, Friendly, Multi-tasking, Energetic, Telephone Skills, Customer Service!!!!

Required: computer skills, excellent customer service, detail oriented, strong professional and communication skills, must be organized, MUST BE RELIABLE!!!!
