Moving into Fall, several folks have pain as the weather gets colder. Here’s a couple of helpful tips: take B6, hydrate well, add on clothes or heat, and exercise. From us, older and younger folks, I hear complaints about exercising. You don’t have to go to the gym. Moving your body is super duper healing. Start out doing low amount like 10 or less of movements and weights and increase as you feel comfortable. You will assuredly benefit from listening and responding to your physical “complaints”. ♥️🙏🪷💫

When there is chaos going on with your job, I recommend taking time to focus on breathing softly and gently in your belly. During the time you are relaxing, you can tune in to where you feel pain, tightness or weakness in your physical, mental and emotional vibrations and you can assist in releasing the discomfort. ♥️🙏🪷💫

I'm waiting to hear from NC Acupuncture Board to do acu even though I've been doing acu since 1995 in CA. In the meantime, I'm re-opening my lifetime favorite energy work biz to assist folks with their healing. 🥰

Thank goodness, a great friend helped me paint my NC healing clinic. Seems to take me forever to complete but I want my clinic to be super clean and have relaxing energy. ❤️

Holy buckets! Vibrational Healing Arts' new clinic at 558 Fleming Street, Hendersonville, NC will be right across from Pardee Hospital. Location, location, location! I'll be renting a suite in this cute little space that is currently for sale using my many healing tools, unfortunately not acupuncture yet even with national licensure. My healing tools include acupressure, Healing Touch treatments, Chinese herbal medicine, BEMER PEMF sessions, clairvoyant/medium readings, intuitive/spiritual counseling, Qigong sessions, Shamanic healing sessions, and Feng Shui consultations/clearings. I'm an ordained minister with the Alliance of Divine Love and part of the ADL Angel Squad. Nearly immediately after Saturday, April 1st's Angel Zoom, on Vibrational Healing Arts' 28th anniversary, I met with the current owner of the 558 Fleming Street location to check out the space. The ADL Angel Squad helped me open this Angel door to spread Love and healing all over creation.😄 Thank you and love you, Alliance of Divine Love. 🥰 I'll keep you updated when I will have the grand opening.
