We are proud to announce the re-birth of IOP here at Mountain Vista Recovery!
Starting THIS EVENING we will begin outpatient IOP classes- great for those who are seeking treatment, but just can't get away from responsibilities.
Have a job? Have kids? Maybe you have been in treatment, and you just want that extra support coming back home? Whatever it is, we have you covered.

Our IOP schedule was created thoughtfully; with the 9-5 working person in mind. All the while still maintaining clinical focus, therapeutic structure, and individualized treatment planning.
This looks like coming into our office for group OR attending virtually from the comfort of your home.

IOP Scheduling is as follows:
Thursday 5:00-8:00pm
Friday 5:00-8:00pm
Saturday 12:00-3:00pm
Sunday 1:00-4:00pm

If you are interested, or know someone who would benefit from our IOP, please don't hesitate to reach out! We accept all forms of insurance! Medicaid and commercial.

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their loved ones!!
We have some exciting news to share!!! We have a new sober living opening this week with 10 beds! We are so grateful to have an opportunity to help more individuals struggling with addiction and mental health. We know from personal experience that it’s almost impossible to get clean/sober if you are living in a toxic environment. Our sober living component helps to place you in a safe space while your body, mind, & spirit re-coup. Our Partial Hospitalization program aids in the recovery process- helping you learn more about your disease, coping mechanisms for everyday stressors, relapse prevention plans to set you up for when you enter back into society, individual therapy to work through trauma, affirmations and love that help you gain the confidence you lost, plus friendships that have the potential to last a lifetime. Another successful camping trip! The clients fell in love with KOA campgrounds in Cherokee. There’s nothing like clean & sober fun surrounded by people who all have one common goal. 💪🍂🏕️

Henderson County put on an amazing ceremony to honor their very first graduate today with Veterans Adult Treatment Court. It was inspiring, intimate, & full of hope and love. It was an honor and privilege to be invited to celebrate alongside so many amazing people & companies, who help so many people find recovery. Recovery is NOT impossible. It’s waiting for you to stand up and fight this battle. And you are not alone!!! We are here ready to fight alongside you. Please, if you know someone struggling or are struggling yourself, dont think about the what ifs, don’t think its out of the realm of possibilities for you.. its here and its now. Let’s do this together. 💪❤️

A successful camping trip. There’s nothing like being out in the mountains, fresh air, river flowing, and campfires with everyone sharing the same goal- staying clean. ! You CAN have fun in sobriety!! And you can’t stay sober without COMMUNITY. 💙

Yesterday was a day of community & recovery. WE DO RECOVER. How? We show up and contribute to the community; we give back the gift that was given to us. So grateful for Love and Respect Recovery Community Center for putting on this event every year! We love you guys and what you do for those in need. 🙏🏼❤️
