Hi, I’m Sophia, and I’m committed to bringing you client-centered massage therapy without the ego. What does that mean?

✅ It means you receive the massage you ask for when you come to Active Tranquility. I will not go outside the bounds of our planned session without your consent.
✅ It means I believe that no one knows your body better than you. I will share my professional input and give advice when it’s welcomed, but I will not assume that I know best when it comes to your own lived experience.
✅ It means I am constantly pursuing continuing education and seeking bodywork of my own to inform my practice. I love being a student because it makes me a better therapist for you!
