Hello again, friends. 🌳✨

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here, and I want to step back into this space gently. During my summer travels, I visited the Angel Oak outside of Charleston, SC. Standing beneath her ancient branches reminded me of the beauty in patience, resilience, and quiet growth that happens unseen.

This past season has been one of those quiet times for me. Turning inward, making significant transitions, and letting new roots form.

Now, as the seasons shift, I’m beginning to reemerge. Alchemy for the Soul continues, and I’m seeking invitations into new places and spaces to share sound baths, energy healing, and community circles.

🎵 What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where you are “bathed” in the healing frequencies of sound. As you lie comfortably, sound waves from various instruments wash over and through you, promoting relaxation, healing, and realignment of your energy. You don’t need any experience.

🧺 What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort, as you will be lying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath. Dress comfortably, and consider bringing an eye mask, journal, and water to enhance your experience. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

I have been quiet around here lately, I know. In the stillness of winter, I have been prioritizing my physical and mental health, practicing setting boundaries, and protecting my energy while still witnessing and listening to what has been happening…

From yesterday’s meditation:

✪✪✪ Three of Pentacles: Collaboration, detailed organization/ planning, and a united vision. Highlighting the need to root such work in the reality of the world and the needs of the community.

♛♥︎ And from the bottom of the deck: King of Cups. Emotional maturity. A channeling of creative energy into socially responsible achievements.

I am gathering my spiritual, physical, and mental reserves to prepare for whatever comes next. Take care of yourself hearts amongst the ashes and the propaganda, and know that you are not alone. 🕯️
