Lately I’ve been thinking about how mushrooms don’t chase the spotlight; they rise from the unseen…
from what’s been composted…
from what life tried to bury.
So I’m taking notes for this season of graceful wintering:
🌿 Be down to earth → slow your pace, soften your shoulders, come back to your body.
✨ Sprout new ideas → let your next season be born gently… not forced.
🌀 Stay well rounded → honor every part of you: the healer, the tired one, the hopeful one, the one still rebuilding.
🌑 Grow even in darkness → trust that the dark can be a womb… not a punishment.
