After getting some questions about my group sessions I wanted to clarify a few things!
1. These are group strength training sessions, which I wouldn’t consider the same as fitness classes.
2. They are structured the same as one on one sessions. We prioritize learning proper movement patterns, compound lifts, and gaining strength.
3. Group sessions are significantly cheaper than one on one sessions.
4. Workouts are set up for clients to benefit from attending all 3 sessions each week. There is no commitment because if you do not want to continue working toward your goal, then someone else who wants to can take your place. Joining this should be your own commitment to work hard and get stronger.
5. These are not meant as a “pop in once in a while” sessions. Consistency and full effort is what will get you results.
Please reach out with any questions you have!! My schedule is limited, so this is a great opportunity to get in for training! Bring a friend and have fun!

Good morning!!!!! The time has finally come 🤩 starting on Monday 2/13 I will be offering my first group session! These sessions will run from 7:30-8:30 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! There will be no commitment with these sessions, but there are only 4 spots available for each day— so, first come, first served. You can sign up for sessions in advance to secure your spot, and availability will be posted at the end of the week for each following week. Sign up with a friend for extra fun!!! 12 weeks apart.
I’d be lying if i said postpartum has been easy… accepting differences in my body and strength has been tough. Pushing through and staying consistent is KEY.
People will say “you’re so lucky” or “I’m so jealous” but the amount of work I’ve put in BEFORE, DURING, and now is a damn lot!
Just know that it’s never too late to start and that you can’t complain about not making progress in something that you aren’t working your ass off for. If you want it.. work for it! and if you need help, I would love to be the person to get you started! 💛

some important things I’ve learned while pregnant and postpartum:
1. Working out (strength training specifically) has SO many benefits for your body and your baby before, during, and after pregnancy.
2. You don’t need preworkout supplements or a ton of caffeine to get a good workout.
3. Working out is a priority and should fit your lifestyle in a way that makes you HAPPY and that is SUSTAINABLE.
4. Progress takes time.. give yourself credit for everything your body has been strong enough to achieve outside of the gym and for the the things your time inside of the gym has contributed to.
5. Having a baby is more of a reason to prioritize your health, not less.

Just wanted to take a second to say how proud I am of this lady right here! She has worked so hard for this progress. Next week she is going in for surgery to get her excess skin taken off because of how much she has lost in her midsection. It is so important to recognize how life changing this can be for someone.

This is only the beginning, jess. I can’t wait to see how far you go with your transformation ❤️

It is offical… I will be relocating on December 1st!! New location to be Henniker, NH. Canterbury has treated me well, but it is time for a bigger space closer to home ❤️
