I’ve noticed some new faces around here lately, so it felt like the right time to reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Rachel Duke, a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and owner of Rachel Duke Injectables—Richmond’s first independent injectables boutique.

My background was in emergency room nursing before I discovered a love for aesthetics that changed the direction of my career. I’ve spent nearly two decades as an injector, and I’m still very much in the day-to-day of patient care.

In 2015, Allergan Medical Institute invited me to become a faculty member, which has allowed me to share what I’ve learned through national conferences and private training sessions. It’s been incredible to connect with other injectors and contribute to raising the standard of care in our field.

I’m a firm believer in continuous education. I train extensively, network with fellow injector professionals, travel to professional conferences for the latest trends and techniques, and attend advanced anatomy courses annually to deepen my knowledge in facial anatomy. Understanding structure is everything in this work.

If you’re here as a patient or a provider, welcome! This page is about thoughtful work, real education, and honest conversations about aesthetics.

Grateful for everyone who’s been here and those just joining. 💛

💙 Did you know more than 450 million children younger than 5 lack access to basic, life-saving surgical care?

My husband, Patrick, and I joined a medical mission trip to Honduras last weekend with World Pediatrics, a Richmond-based nonprofit that partners with local health systems to expand access to pediatric surgery.

While there, I had the opportunity to tour the local hospital and observe the clinic as the surgical team prepared for a full week of cases. Seeing the dedication, coordination, and care behind the scenes was incredibly inspiring.

As a patient of Rachel Duke Injectables, your trust allows us to support this work. Each year, we commit a portion of our earnings to advance the mission of World Pediatrics and its health care teams around the world.

Here are a few photos from our visit. If you’d like to learn more, visit worldpediatrics.org.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that believes in care beyond our walls.

PSA 🚨 not all “medical-grade” skincare sold online is the real thing.

If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers can be expired, tampered with, or counterfeit — meaning you may not get the results (or safety) you expect.

When you shop through a verified medical provider, you’re getting authentic products, proper storage, and guidance tailored to your skin — which makes all the difference.

We carry only authorized, genuine medical-grade skincare in our office. Stop by to shop or DM us if you have questions about your products 💛
