For our December , we would like to recognize Priscilla! She has been with The Barclay for nine months and has become a vital part of our community!

Priscilla is one of our CNAs here at The Barclay. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents. She brings exceptional compassion and professionalism to our community. Originally from West Africa, she moved to the US and has built a meaningful career in caregiving. She is highly valued for her patience, organization, and genuine commitment to residents.

Fun Fact: Priscilla has two children and is a loving wife. Her ability to balance family life with her outstanding work ethic is truly admirable.

She joined QSL Management senior living right after college without knowing where her path would lead. 🌿 What she found was a role that lets her support communities, cheer on activities teams, and watch creativity come to life for residents. Seeing joy on the faces of seniors has become the best part of her work and a reminder that she landed exactly where she was meant to be.
